MAD 2470: Introduction to Cryptography and its Applications

Description:	This course starts with a review of the mathematical foundations of cryptography and then introduces classical cryptographic techniques. This course further discusses modern symmetric encryption, asymmetric encryption, and hash functions with their practical applications. This course affords students a mastery of foundational mathematical and computation models and methods by applying such models and methods in problem solving.
