PHC 2100: Introduction to Public Health

Description:	This course provides a comprehensive introduction to epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, health policy, and social and behavioral sciences. The course emphasizes critical thinking and the application of the scientific method to analyze and address public health issues. This course affords students an understanding of the basic social and behavioral science concepts and principles used in the analysis of behavior and past and present social, political, and economic issues.
