Event Request for the President's Office

To assist the president's office in managing President Limayem's calendar, we kindly request that you complete this form no later than four weeks prior to your requested date in order to evaluate your request. The President strives to accept as many invitations as possible, but unfortunately, we must decline some requests. The president's office will prioritize requests that support the mission and strategic goals of the University of South Florida.

Requests are reviewed weekly and you will be contacted by a team member indicating the status of your submission. If your request is approved, it is required that you submit briefing materials to the president's office no later than one week prior to the event date.
