Currently the service allows you to deliver emails from the notice you receive when a message is quarantined. The latest update will make Spam Quarantine summaries more secure by removing the ability to directly access your quarantine inbox without the use of a password. After the update, you will instead be directed to a login page where you will need to enter your email address and password after you click on a link.
To manage your quarantine, you will need to login to your Barracuda account using the instructions below.
1) For usf.edu email users, visit http://usf.edu/antispam.
2) For health.usf.edu email users, visit https://hscantispam.health.usf.edu.
Login to the website using your full email address as the username, and the associated password.
Note: If you currently utilize a shared mailbox that does not have a password, please reach out to help@usf.edu for assistance with managing your quarantine. Since shared mailboxes do not have the ability to login, you will not be able to manage it via the website.
