Martinez is an expert in chrono exercise and nutrition -- the practice of timing physical activity to align with the body's natural 24-hour circadian rhythms to optimize health, performance, and metabolism, stress management and mental performance. He has published research in the areas of exercise physiology, exercise psychology and sports nutrition. He has experience as a performance coach with professional world champion and Olympic athletes (boxing and tennis) and as a health coach with an emphasis on optimizing wellness for individuals.
