Tandon is an associate professor of instruction in the Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance, teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in financial policies and strategies, investments, corporate and international finance.

Budd has experience leading, developing and growing entrepreneurship education programs and assisting early-stage businesses. He was founding associate director of the USF Nault Center for Entrepreneurship and part of the founding team of the USF Tampa Bay Technology Incubator. His expertise includes venture finance, entrepreneurship, strategic and business planning, industry and market research, finance and financial modeling and identifying and assessing potential financing strategies and sources.
