A.J. Chauradia is an assistant professor of instruction who specializes in strategy and entrepreneurship. Recent studies have examined how companies decide whether to develop and promote employees from within or "buy" talent through recruitment and the impacts of automation through robotics on human workforces in manufacturing.

Libaers is the John and Beverly Grant Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship and the director of the USF Nault Center for Entrepreneurship at the Muma College of Business. He teaches courses in Strategies in Technology Entrepreneurship, Global Entrepreneurship, and Creativity and Design in the School of Management. He was a visiting professor at the University of Kent and the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom and the University of Queensland in Australia. He currently is visiting professor at the University of Vaasa in Finland.

Budd has experience leading, developing and growing entrepreneurship education programs and assisting early-stage businesses. He was founding associate director of the USF Nault Center for Entrepreneurship and part of the founding team of the USF Tampa Bay Technology Incubator. His expertise includes venture finance, entrepreneurship, strategic and business planning, industry and market research, finance and financial modeling and identifying and assessing potential financing strategies and sources.
