Curtis is director of the Cognition, Aging, Sleep, and Health (CASH) Lab at the USF College of Nursing and an expert in sleep health and sleep and cognition. Her current research explores how brain training affects sleep, thinking and related abilities. It also looks at differences between men and women, as well as other factors like pain and medication, that can influence sleep and mental function at different stages of life.

Pace studies how the microbiome relates to human health and development with a focus on the first 1,000 days of life. His current research investigates diverse aspects of maternal-infant health, including relationships among maternal diet, human milk composition and maternal/infant microbiomes. He is also interested in the role of human milk in modulating immunological risks and benefits to mothers and infants.

Prescott was a neonatal intensive care bedside nurse and educator for fifteen years before becoming a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. While working at INOVA Children’s Hospital, a top 40 ranked, 108 bed, Level IV neonatal intensive care unit, she attended the University of Virginia to obtain her PhD, and then worked at the National Institutes of Health in the Laboratory of Integrative Immunology as a research fellow and then a postdoctoral trainee studying the microbiome and immune response to immunotherapy in the setting of advanced melanoma.

Menon joined USF Health in September 2018 as vice dean of Research for the College of Nursing. In February 2020, she was named interim dean of the college, and in November 2020, she was named dean and senior associate vice president for USF Health.
Before coming to USF Health, Menon served as a tenured professor and associate dean of Research and Global Innovation at the University of Arizona-Tucson College of Nursing. She was co-PI of the NIH-funded All of Us Research Program, which was designed to speed up health research and medical breakthroughs by creating a one-million-person detailed clinical database. She previously served as vice dean of the Ohio State College of Nursing.

Marshall's research interests include adherence, self-symptom management and integrating technology to support the self-management of oral oncolytic therapies. She has developed technologies to support the self-management of oral oncolytic therapies among older adults and is interested in how cancer patients' beliefs and perceptions of their health care are formed and changed over the course of their treatment in order to improve their decision-making ability as they approach end of life.
