Concas is a senior economist with extensive experience in urban and regional economic impact analysis and transportation policy analysis. His research work focuses on the study of the linkages between transportation infrastructure investment, economic development and residential location patterns.

Keita is a transportation planning and engineering researcher with comprehensive experience and education in urban planning and policy and civil engineering. Her research interest is in the area of intermodal transportation, equity in transportation and big data.

Zhang is program director for the USF Center for Urban Transportation Research Advanced Air Mobility program. Her research areas include multimodal transportation systems modeling and analysis, air traffic management, airport operation and management, advanced air mobility, sustainable transportation and transportation resilience.
